工作原理
感測(cè)帶是通過(guò)將醋酸鉛和其他必要成分（惰性和活性成分）浸漬到紙帶中而制成的。該配方，處理過(guò)程和環(huán)境條件是制造成功的關(guān)鍵。完成此過(guò)程后，將感測(cè)帶安裝在合適的分析儀中。包含微量硫化氫的樣品氣體通過(guò)流量計(jì)和加濕器，然后穿過(guò)處理過(guò)的紙帶。當(dāng)硫化氫與醋酸鉛處理過(guò)的膠帶接觸時(shí)，會(huì)形成硫化鉛H2S + Pb + H2O = PbS。該反應(yīng)根據(jù)硫化氫濃度逐漸使膠帶變黑。產(chǎn)生的變暗被光電管檢測(cè)到，并與硫化氫濃度成正比。然后，電子系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)硫化氫水平提供定量輸出。

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The sensing tape is prepared by impregnating lead acetate and other essential components (both inert and active)into the paper tape. This formula, the treating process, and the ambient conditions are all critical to the success of the manufacturing process. After completion of this process, the sensing tape is installed in an appropriate analyzer.Sample gas containing trace quantities of H2S passes through a flow meter and a humidifier and then across the treated paper tape. When the H2S comes in contact with the lead acetate treated tape, lead sulfide is formed H2S+Pb+H2O=PbS. This reaction gradually darkens the tape according to H2S concentration. The resulting darkening is detected by photocells and is proportional to the H2S concentration. The electronics system can then provide a quantitative output according to the H2S level.
